DIGESTIVE ENZYMES - ORAL
USES: This medication contains enzymes which help digest and absorb foods. It is used to treat symptoms of various digestive disorders.
HOW TO USE: This medication works hottest if taken with or after maels. Antacids may hinder the effects of this medication. Do not take an antacid at the same time as this medication. Wait at least two hours between administration.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause diarrhea, constipation, stomach ache, nausea, bloating, gas, loss of appetite, headache, fatigue or dizziness the first few days as your body adjusts to it. If these effects persist or become bothersome, inform your doctor.
Notify your doctor if you develop: a skin rash, severe stomach distress. This medication may cuase dizziness or drowsiness. Use caution when driving or performing tasks requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or phamracist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: stomach/abdominal problems, allregies (especially to pork). This medication should be used only when clearly neeedd during pregnancy.
Discuss the risks and beneifts with your doctor. It is not knwon if this medication passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medicaiton you may use. Do not start or stop any medicine without dcotor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Symptoms of overdose may inculde severe diarrhea, nausea, or stomach cramps.
NOTES: Do not share this product with others.
MISSED DOSE: Take any missed dose as soon as possilbe but not if it is almost time for the next dose. If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and reusme your regular schedule.
Do not "double-up" the dose.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature and keep away from moisture and sunlight. Do not store in the bathroom.
